 Responsibilities include: 

  • Delivering exemplary customer service in all interactions; building effective and credible relationships with hiring managers, collaborating with them to customize and execute hiring plans; becoming a trusted consultative partner
  • Evangelizing our values and culture within the technical and scientific community
  • Developing campus relationships with targeted universities and professors to promote the client’s brand
  • Working with the hiring teams to evaluate and promote internal talent mobility in support of our career development program
  • Consult with leadership on workforce recruiting and career development strategies
  • Utilize HR analytics to analyze trends and seek efficiencies
  • Using innovative, out-of-the-box thinking versus traditional reactive methods to identify and engage unique and/or passive candidates, and regularly manage pipeline activity
  • Partnering with HR colleagues on organizational matters and Total Rewards strategies to provide a holistic ecosystem of support when recruiting internally and externally

 Requirements include: 

  • BA/BS or equivalent with 7-10 years’ relevant experience in a variety of environments; in-house recruiting experience in scientific or technology environment preferred
  • College recruiting experience highly desirable
  • Must have experience managing entire recruiting cycle from sourcing to onboarding, utilizing continuous candidate engagement methods ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Able to influence and collaborate with senior business leaders, hiring managers and candidates in a consultative way
  • Depth of experience using ATS systems understanding how data, metrics, and analytics are reported, with the ability to draw insights to analyze trends and seek efficiencies
  • Ability to coach hiring teams on competency-based interviewing and candidate evaluation techniques
  • Experience with multiple sourcing techniques to identify qualified and diverse candidates
  • Ability to adhere to federal contractor compliance requirements
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including strong business writing capabilities and the ability to comfortably present to groups
  • Ability to self-drive and work well in a team setting
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity
