Position: Accounting Administrator
Work Location: Torrance, CA
Condition: Direct Hired Non-exempt position
Salary: $35K - 45K (DOE)

Summary: 
A global aircraft part trading company is looking for an Administrator position of the Finance/Accounting & Internal Control Section.
Qualified candidates need to possess the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions.
The position’s main responsibility is to assess, analyze and manage risk using appropriate company policy and authorization procedures and professional judgement and skepticism for effective operation and accounting process management.
Also, you will be identifying and utilizing relevant technology and tools to analyze data, efficiently and effectively perform assigned tasks as well as support section members and other employees.

Essential Duties (Not official: please ask for more details during the interview)
Daily input of accounting information to SAP system.
Credit term application process and review (verify credit/trade reference).
Prepare and support payment process as needed.
Support of other staff/team member.
Monthly closing procedures.
Cross check sales report/data from operating system with SAP system.
Vendor/Customer registration and update
Corporate credit card process and journal entries
Assist and support accounting manager for data analysis (including but not limited to BS/PL)
Audit support and report preparation as needed basis.

Qualifications: 
2-3 years or more of accounting experiences or related knowledge.
Basic Math and Microsoft Office suite skills.
Strong communication skills to support clients and co-workers
Japanese bilingual skill is a plus but not mandatory
May attend to travel for business and / or work beyond normal business hours when necessary
