Job Description:

Working Hours: 8am - 4:30pm 

Minimum Education: Associates Degree 

PPE: Steel toed shoes or boots (Worker Provided); Non-Prescription eye protection (Client Provides) 

**Weight does not exceed 25lbs for picked parts** 

**Manual push carts are used in the transportation of material** 

Responsibilities: 
-Processing shipping paperwork (pack slips, BOLs, verifying all paperwork, calling trucks, etc) 
-Process all incoming receipts for the day (opening packages, validating quantities, transacting items into the MRP system) 
- Taking material from the production departments and entering it into storage. Documenting material into the Exact Max system 
- Picking material to fulfill work orders 
- Interacting with production personnel to help in the fulfillment of orders 
- Completing Cycle counts to validate the inventory in the Exact Max system 
-Training in multiple capacities - shipping, receiving, stockroom 
-Ability to work with team and set priorities for the day 
-Willingness to jump in and help whichever area is in need of support 
-Work closely with department manager daily to set goals and objectives for the department 

Manager Must Haves: 
- Attention to detail 
- Ability to jump from task to task easily 
- Good written and verbal communication skills (detailed oriented). 
- Self motivated in performance of tasks, works with minimal direction. 
- Data collection and analysis. 
- Daily investigations into Stock outages 
-Understanding of inventory control systems - MRP, ROP/ROQ, leadtimes 
-Ability to understand a variety of job positions
