SharePoint Administrator
Location: Keller, TX 76244

SharePoint Administrator
Location: Hickory, NC or Keller, TX
Full/Part Time:  Full Time - Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Scope of Position:
Provide administrative support, user training, site documentation, permissions and general site maintenance for SharePoint solutions supporting COC Technology’s innovation processes

Provision project sites as new requests are approved
Provide general site support including user requested site enhancements of InfoPath forms, site layout, content or other user support
Provide documentation and training that promotes proper site use, administration, and sustainability
Actively participate in the creation and maintenance of site permissions and permission groups
Effectively communicate and interact with site users, site developers and Corning IT personnel

Education and Experience
3 or more years of demonstrated and proven experience working with SharePoint and related tools
Proficient in use of SharePoint (2010 & 2013) and InfoPath forms (2010 & 2013)
Experience with CorasWorks webparts, Power View, Power Pivot, and Access are a plus
2-year technical or business degree preferred

Assumes responsibility for own skill development
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build relationships and interact with all levels of the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively present information
Results-oriented with a demonstrated strong work-ethic
Flexibility - Able to change and adjust smoothly as the situation demands

Travel Requirements
None expected. However, should the need arise, typically 1-2 day duration and domestic only

Hours of work / work schedule / flex-time
Standard full time work hours are 40hrs/week; 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday
Flex-place and flex-time are acceptable with mutual agreement to terms and conditions
Prefer candidates that are located in Dallas-Fort Worth, Hickory, NC or Charlotte, NC
