Seeking a contract copywriter to join our marketing team and growing brand. You'll help shape our voice, customer experience and business by concepting and writing for our external/internal marketing and customer communications programs. 

You dont have to know financing to write here. But you do have to know people. Our brand tagline is Lending Done Human, so we need a writer who knows how to talk to them, engage with them and even learn from them. This is an exciting opportunity to add life to an industry that can be pretty boring - and a chance to connect with people in a very real way. 

Primary Responsibilities: 
• Partner with other creative team members including designers to develop and create refreshing, new and on-brand concepts 
• Work with creative and marketing department to ensure brand tone/voice and strategic consistency, across all marketing collateral 
• Write for a variety of mediums and audiences including social media, digital ads, emails, websites, print, outdoor, collateral, etc. 
• Ability to research copy and business trends, competitors, have a full understanding of business and marketing goals and can translate the objectives for messaging to the target audience, internally and externally 
• Manage multiple projects of varying levels of complexity and scope of work, from production design to concepts, and get great work done, on time 
• Can work independently as well as collaboratively, able to ask questions and communicate with other departments for more information 

Required Qualifications: 
• 3+ years of brand or agency copywriting experience across multiple mediums. 
• A diverse portfolio of work that demonstrates the ability to concept and write copy that makes sense and connects with the reader 
• Attention to detail, strong proofreading skills 
• Ability to adapt to revisions and edit copy/creative direction accordingly 
• Must be able to take on quick copy requests and be able to prioritize jobs 
• Basic SEO/keyword search knowledge
