Position Description:

UX team is seeking a HTML/CSS Front End Developer to join our multi-disciplinary UX team to design world-class user experiences for internal Client users. The position is a crucial part of the UX team and works closely with Designers, Researchers, and business partners to deliver these solutions.

As a Front End Developer, you will spend a considerable portion of your time collaborating with team of Designers and Developers in building a unified Front end template for various development teams.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Application Design, construction, and deployment of Frontend Templates for use within teams.
  • Support CRM application and automate business processes.
  • This position will be responsible for full-stack software development with a focus on developing web applications for a wide variety of browser environments and devices using technologies such as HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript libraries.
  • To excel you'll need a solid understanding of client and server development, and all major desktop and mobile browser behaviors, responsive web design techniques, interface defect troubleshooting, and graceful fallback strategies for unsupported browsers.
  • Test all completed views in a variety of browsers and devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any application and user interface defects between browsers.
  • Solid Front-End developer as well as Back-End full stack developer.
  • Fixing production application issues.



  • Demonstrate UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Strong Front-end skills and understanding of back-end development technologies.
  • Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript and ability to rapidly create prototypes for teams using Salesforce and Angular.
  • Strong knowledge of Object oriented design principals and patterns.
  • Extensive experience with building Responsive Web pages with Bootstrap or any other framework.
  • A solid understanding of and commitment to web standards, including web accessibility standards
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the business.
  • Experience using Agile techniques including Scrum
  • You understand design, UI, and UX concepts, and are able to translate these concepts to technical implementations
  • The ideal candidate would also be familiar with DevOps, Continuous Integration, Infrastructure Engineering techniques, and cloud platform.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Sciences, Computer Science, Library Science, Information Systems or Technical program.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Frontend developer.
