Position : Program/Event Manager
Location : Redwood City CA
Duration : 6 months contract
Event Manager experience Center you are responsible for delivering best-in-class events to our customers and select teams. You will report to the Head of the Experience Center and partner with them on the business & operational plan for the center. This role requires full time on campus in Redwood City. You will possess a unique ability to work across diverse cultures and act as a bridge to all partner teams. You are detail-oriented with an ability to manage both long-term projects and day-of/run-of-show activities, and have a passion for delivering experiences to clients, partners.
Partner with stakeholders to deliver best-in-class internal & external events, leaving participants inspired and energized.
Provide direct event management support and expertise for key high-profile events to be held at the Experience Center.
Collaborate on space allocation strategy to maximize utilization and build cross-functional partnerships.
Minimum 4 years of experience planning and executing events up to 400 guests.
Experience in event strategy, customer experience and budget management.
Experience with Customer/Internal Events, Conferences/ Meeting.
1-2 events everyday onsite
Superb organization, planning, and event management skills.
Outstanding written and interpersonal skills.
Advanced project management / operational management skills.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills across a variety of internal/external groups, including executive leadership.
Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, and demonstrated ability to act “on the fly”.
