Tech Leader in Pittsburgh is Seeking an Operations Project Coordinator




Partner Technology Manager Identify and engage with a diverse group of stakeholders to understand technical requirements and provide solutions around applying technologies during the onboarding process. Contribute to product development by identifying technical gaps in current product offerings to drive both operational efficiencies and business growth. Experience in project management and driving process improvements during the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution and delivery. Ability to provide solutions with few or incomplete requirements and drive project to completion. Provide operational expertise to incubate, launch, and scale complex projects. Experience in technical roles, including workflow support, QA, and workflow documentation creation. Excellent diagnostic reasoning and ability to independently troubleshoot key issues and the ability to escalate as needed. Demonstrable knowledge of SQL and Databases, regular expressions and/or XSLT. Document the technical aspects of client integration projects (both new and ongoing). Ability to interface and collaborate working across geographically dispersed teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, written, verbal, and communication skills.

Help stakeholders resolve day­-to-­day challenges by solving complex problems with innovative and scalable solutions.
Assist client in the adoption and improvement of new workflows by metrics compilation, automation and analysis.
Provide documentation, feedback and guidance to improve processes and ensure the success of clients' workflows.
Improve processes by providing client feedback and working closely with Partner Operations Managers and Partner Technology Managers.


Desired
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of technical sales, sales engineering or professional consulting experience.
3 years of experience working with working with web technologies like XML, HTML, JavaScript, Unix/Linux, and SQL, and experience with general purpose programming languages like Java, C++, or Python.
Experience working directly with or managing external partners or clients.
Ability to streamline complex processes and implement workflows designed to increase efficiency.
