On-site Administrator III

Duration:  Long term 12 month plus

Location:  Birmingham, AL

 

  Provide systems administrative support.

 ·         Provide systems administrative support for HPAC solution with reasonable assistance from Customer as requested

·         Provide systems administrative support for Imaging and Printing Security Center (JASM) solution with reasonable assistance from Customer as requested

·         Access to Customer’s MPS Infrastructure

 

o   Familiarity with WebJet Admin – management, configuration, troubleshooting, is a plus

 

o   HPAC – management configuration, troubleshooting, is a plus

 

o   JetAdvantage Security Manager (JASM) – management configuration, troubleshooting, is a plus

 

·         Utilizes WebJet Admin (WJA) to manage the US Fleet

·         Add/Remove/Move devices in WJA for any fleet changes

·         Push WJA and HPAC configurations after a break/fix hardware event

·         Push out HPAC firmware updates

·         Understand the HPAC secure print facility and assist users in troubleshooting authenticating

·         Applies knowledge of NY/UNIX/MS platforms to resolve issues with fleet

·         Rollout firmware updates to the North American fleet

·         Provide initial remote troubleshooting for device problems

·         Participates in Level 2/3 escalations for infrastructure issues

·         Ability to open, close and forward tickets between Customer and ticketing system queues

·         Access ticket system queues as needed

·         Attend operational and Incident meetings as required

·         Configure MFP’s for scan-to-email and faxing when needed following Customer security guidelines

·         Configure scan-to-network folders on MFP’s where approved by Customer and following Customer security guidelines

·         Unlock/Relock devices when needed for HW service technicians

·         Process formatter/mac address changes

·         Helpdesk support management

·         Ensure all maintenance activities are adequately tested and follow standard protocol for coordinating with IT support teams

·         Participate in future fleet product upgrades

·         Participate in new release/feature testing of HPAC/JASM/WJA

·         Report any occurrences of customer dissatisfaction to the ADM

·         Compliance with Customer change management processes

·         Perform asset tracking for IMAC activities in spreadsheet and tracking database

·         Provide configuration pages to resolve any non-reporting auto-collectable devices upon request and usage pages monthly for any Devices which are not RM supported

·         Perform preventive maintenance on device fleet as directed by the ADM

·         Use of software (e.g. Word, Excel) to track usage/activities at customer location(s)

·         Support Remote deployment teams during implementation activities
