This position will be in a fast-paced call center environment. Employee will be expected to act as the first point of contact for customers, answer phones, and work online requests from internal customers and department representatives. This position will also act as a liaison between internal customers at all levels, departments, and divisions. Employee will utilize multiple software to process reservations, bookings, and work orders. Employee will also be expected to attend meetings and conferences as necessary.
2 year degree required (business related fields preferred).
