Seeking an individual to support their instrument development needs as a Mechanical Technician III.
Assisting the development teams in the design and development of complex electro-mechanical systems.
Build and test components, assemblies, subsystems and instruments during the development lifecycle.
Support transfer of development instruments to manufacturing
Support test and fixture development for Reliability, Verification and Validation testing.
Support Reliability, Verification and Validation Testing.
Associate's degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
Support Engineering development activities including but not limited to design, text, modification, fabrication and assembly of complex electro-mechanical Medical Devices, assemblies and components.
Knowledge of CAD packages is preferred
Provide routine calibration and maintenance of Laboratory Instruments
Ability to assist the development team in the identification of root cause and corrective action of instruments and associated test equipment and methods.
Experience with GMP and GDP preferred.
Multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment.
