Our client is seeking qualified individuals to join our Information Technology Team and Costpoint Cloud Implementation Team in Arlington, Virginia. Qualified individuals will have at least one of the following attributes: 
(1) Consulting experience implementing solutions for Deltek Costpoint 
(2) Experience as a Senior Business Analyst (or higher) using multiple modules of Deltek Costpoint 
(3) Consulting experience with an accounting firm 
(4) Consulting experience implementing project based ERP solutions.

Primary Responsibilities
• Gather and document requirements
• Document functional and technical solution
• Configure Deltek Costpoint software
• Data migration/SQL scripting
• Effectively communicate and coordinate across implementation team
• Mentor and support team members
• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels for internal and external customers
• Work with team to define creative and effective solutions
• Provide status updates related to assignments
• Lead meetings and conduct presentations

Essential Skills
Proven experience in the following:
• Consulting experience implementing solutions for Deltek Costpoint
Ability to work efficiently and effectively within team environment
• Experience working in government contracting with exposure to DCAA, JTR, FAR, CAS
• Strong technical aptitude with understanding of relational database
• Ability to write SQL and/or Oracle scripts/stored procedures
• Experience with Java
• Experience with developing Web Services and/or Integrations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective organization skills
• Ability to commit to a task and deliver that commitment on schedule
• Ability to travel
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong customer service skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience working within a software implementation team
