Onsite Assistant Manager - Alpharetta, GA
The Onsite Assistant Manager manages the Conference Services Team and the Welcome Center Team. Conference Services team is responsible for over 300 conference rooms. Welcome Center team is responsible for approximately 200 guests/visitors per day checking into the Welcome Center. Main responsibilities include managing and performing the set up of conference rooms to customer's specifications. Asst. Manager will need to be able to fill in at the front reception Welcome Center, if needed. This position will also be managing the team of receptionist at the Welcome Center. Must have the ability to walk up to 20,000 steps per day. Must be able to lift easily and frequently 50lbs. This is a physically demanding position.
LOCATION: Alpharetta, GA 30004
HOURS: 9:30am-6:30pm Mon-Fri
PAY RATE: $15/hr -$16/hr
Must also posses strong management of people skills and 3+ years of experience in a related field.
Must have a strong attention to detail, and be able to take direction from the customer and give direction to employees.
Face to face customer service experience is a must; this is a customer facing role, appearance and professionalism is critical.
Previous supervision of day-to-day operations and staff of specified 1-3 persons or assistance with the supervision of a large site or additional shifts.
Able to function as a document specialist or other operations worker the majority of the time.
Requires experience in operation of the most advanced machines, performing complex jobs.
Requires high school diploma or GED
