Advantage Resourcing is seeking a Messaging Expert for our client in Irvine, CA.



Support the design and build of detailed infrastructure solutions for non-production and production environments; transition knowledge to infrastructure operations and provide 3rd level support when needed due to escalations and advance troubleshooting, Lead collaboration and productivity services: Exchange messaging, MS Office 365, web collaboration (Service Now/GIRA), on-premise, cloud, and hybrid models.



• BS/BA in technical field (CS, EE, etc.)

• 5 to 10 years experience in service design, integration & migration, and incident response in a large, geographically distributed organization with multiple data centers

• Expert knowledge and application of Microsoft, Cisco and industry best practices and security principles for electronic messaging, integrated collaboration, and productivity software.

• Broad knowledge of the end user technology domain including compute, collaboration and productivity.

• Able to create high-quality engineering and operational runbooks and procedural documentation.

• Experience operating in a regulated environment, banking etc. is a plus.


We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of messaging technologies/protocols. The person would be able to address issues related to message delivery across any point in the messaging stack. They would also be familiar with the technologies to propose security best practice configurations. Finally they’d assist in determining and possibly executing an initiative to move from NTT hosted infrastructure to a 100% cloud based infrastructure.
